Find quick answers to common return questions
Your Return ID can be found in the confirmation email you received when your order was completed. It starts with RMA-, followed by a series of numbers and letters. If you placed your order using an account, you can submit a return in your account without any code.
Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process. After processing, refunds are issued within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition with tags attached. Some items like personalized products cannot be returned.
Exchanges are currently not possible. Please submit a return request for the item you would like to send back and place a new order for the desired item.
