Not fully satisfied with your sunglasses or goggles? Or did something go wrong with your order? That is of course unfortunate, but no worries. We are here to help.

Cancelling an order

Would you like to cancel your order? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via orders@mariener.nl, including your name and order number.
Please note that orders can no longer be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Returning an order

You have the right to register your order for return within 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back to us.

You can register a return in two ways:

• With an account: log in to My Account and submit your return directly from your account dashboard.

• Without an account: if you placed your order as a guest, you can submit your return via the guest returns portal using your order details.

After registering your return, you will receive further instructions for returning your item.

Return conditions

Returned items must be received in new condition. This means:

• No scratches on the lenses

• No damage to the frame or goggle strap

• All accessories, booklets, packaging and paperwork must be included

Products must be returned exactly as they were delivered. If this is not the case, we may not be able to guarantee a full refund.

Exceptions

Products that are custom made or clearly personalized cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt, using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Always choose a shipping method with a track and trace code. If a return shipment is lost and no valid track and trace can be provided, we cannot guarantee a full refund.

Return address

The return address will be provided after you have registered your return via your account, the guest returns portal.
