Can I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service via email@example.com with your name and order number. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Can I return my order?
Yes, of course! Under the policy of “no questions asked” you can let us know within 14 days that you want to return your order. You then have another 14 days to send the package.
We ensure that the full purchase amount + shipping costs are fully refunded to you. Please contact our customer service first before you send ur your package.
Which products are ineligible for return?
Products that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications, for example custom work, or that have a clearly personal character.
When will I get my money back?
We try to refund your amount as soon as possible.
Please note that our products can be tested and worn for a brief moment. But we cannot accept items that have clear signs of wear.
That means no scratches on the lenses, no damage to the frame of sunglasses and/or goggles, no damage to the strap of the goggles, all booklets, papers and accessories must also be returned.
We expect the goods to be returned exactly as we delivered them. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a full refund.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Returning items is at your own expense. Please note that you always choose a shipment method with a track-and-trace code.
We cannot guarantee a full refund if we have not received your package, and you cannot provide a valid track and trace code.
