Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, but only if it hasn’t been shipped yet. If you wish to cancel, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible at orders@mariener.nl.
Make sure to include your name and order number in the email. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

Can I return my order?

Absolutely! We offer a “no questions asked” return policy. If you decide to return your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. Once you’ve informed us, you will have an additional 14 days to send the package back to us.

We will refund the full purchase amount, including the initial shipping costs. However, please contact our customer service team before sending your package to ensure the return process goes smoothly.

  1. No scratches on lenses.
  2. No damage to the frames of sunglasses or goggles.
  3. No damage to the strap of goggles.
  4. All booklets, papers, and accessories must be returned.

The goods should be returned in the same condition as they were delivered to you. If the items are not returned in their original state, we cannot guarantee a full refund.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Please ensure that you choose a shipping method that includes a track-and-trace code.

We cannot guarantee a full refund if we do not receive your package and you cannot provide a valid track-and-trace code.
